Welp, no 5:45

But a PR!

5:52!!!

For this not being a race and my first time ever running a legit mile on an indoor track laced up in spikes, I will take my 5:52 and run proudly away with it ha.

Now it’s time to prepare for the 3k next friday.

For the mile I warmed up for a mile then I did a 3 mile cool down after

total mileage: 5 miles for the day

Today I have my midweek at 6 miles, but it snowed yesterday so hopefully the sidewalks are clear later today.
