I promise I will be back to blogging soon! These handouts are from last month. I am currently working on ones for this month that include healthier choices at Smoothie King and a handout on hydration status.

Life has been crazy and busy, but I have less than 3 weeks left of my Fall semester of my Senior year. After next week I will have a bit more time on my hands.

These handouts cover what you can get for $10 at the grocery store versus fast food. Then there is a handout covering better choices at convenience stores as well as what college teams are eating when they travel. Hope you enjoy them!
