#2 Reason: Maxing Out
I maxed out my bench press today with 95 pounds. That’s 82% of my body weight. At the end of season we hope to get 100%.
#3 Reason: Hashtags
I got Tweetdeck for Chrome and am now obsessed with hashtags. Sorry twitter friends, beware of swamped amounts of running talk because I have added columns of these groups

Chris from Run Hundred emailed me and provided me a list of the top 10 workout songs for the month. He compiles a top 10 for each month taken from votes on RunHundred.com
My favorite part of the lists are the BPM (beats per minute) of each song. I certainly know fast songs get me pumped up to run and I notice faster times.
