Motivational Monday #2

Last week’s mileage breakdown:

  • Monday: off day
  • Tuesday: 7.5 miles – 3 miles warmup/cooldown then 1 mile, k, mile, k, mile, 4x200m

6:20 – 4:20 – 6:36 – 4:20 – 6:22

  • Wednesday: 6 miles
  • Thursday: 6 miles – 25min hill workout
  • Friday: 4 miles
  • Saturday: 6 miles – 5k time trial: 20:35 with shoe untied for almost 2 miles
  • Sunday: 8 miles

total mileage: 37.5 miles
