I actually didn’t run this week. Looking forward with the weather, it’s looking pretty promising though. This past week I wasn’t feeling the greatest, so I passed on the opportunities. Yesterday, I started back lifting again though. Going to do 1 day at the gym, 1 day at home with equipment and then 1 day at home stretching/mobility. Then my running will be as I feel, for now. This is the workout I did yesterday! I’m calling it a full body workout, because well, my whole body hurts today.

On Monday I ran 3.7 miles. I had plans to run throughout the week, but I just didn’t feel like it and that was okay. I ran on Saturday, but only 1.2 miles as I wanted to make a smoothie and needed some orange juice. So I ran a mile then ran to Walgreen’s and walked home. I also did a Nike Training Club workout and am going to start incorporating those into my weeks.
I was trying to find a race to increase my motivation to get out of the door and put solid training in, but just couldn’t find one that was worth the money. Now that I have limited funds, I have to be choosy. I was looking at the Hot Chocolate race series because they normally have great swag, however I wasn’t a fan of the pullover. If it looked like the Magnificent Mile jacket then I would’ve signed up ASAP.
