Yesterday was a light workout.
We had an easy fartlek. 3 segments of 5 min hard 3 min easy
The hard wasn’t supposed to be extremely fast, just pick it up faster than a regular training run.
I only had 3 miles to do so it worked out.
3.1 Miles in 23:51 [7:41 per mile]
I don’t have the splits for our on and off just our overall run.
