Motivational Monday #22

I’ve started 5k training for my Make Tracks for the Zoo 5k at the end of May. Slowly but surely I’m getting back into shape. More slowly, but it’s okay. Trying to hit those 3 mile runs as a base to then start building up. I’m glad I have some coworkers to join me so I’m not alone trying to get back into it. Otherwise, I would be walking a lot ha!
