So now I am home and Graham and I spend a lot of time together. He continues to ask to be a featured guest blogger. I told him, “Graham, you don’t have thumbs. How are you going to type?” He of course told me that I can do the typing for him and that he has a very important message for everyone.
So what is all this hype about the world coming to an end? I just don’t get it. I’m not very old but I know that I still have a lot left of my life! I mean, just look at me, I’m living the life. I’ve got two of my favorite tennis balls (one has a squeaker) and there are even more that you can’t see.
Just in case the world is coming to an end, I’ve saved a bone in my crate just incase it’s just humans that get wiped out. The treats are too high for me to reach so I’m going to stock up.
But in all honesty, this is what I think about the whole ordeal:
Yeah, I’m not too worried. I’m tired and I’m going to sleep. If the world starts to end, wake me up because I’m sure I’ll be sleeping.
PS if you could, please leave treats, meat, human food or anything you think will be fun for me to play with out. Thanks

First day back actually running
Warmup: .75 in 6:53
Workout: 5 mile tempo run
not sure what my goal times were, but Tiffany’s were
and mine were slower but I tried to keep with tiffany to get those times.
my times went
Pace Per Mile
4th mile was awful, I felt like I was going faster but my legs just would not react. I decided to maintain the pace for the 5th instead of dropping down since I couldn’t hit the 4th mile so I tried to make up time.
cooldown: .75 in 7:15
Legs felt sooo much better than yesterday and the other days. Yesterday was the worst. But still not 100% but definitely more discomfort than pain.
Went to katie and got ultrasounds on both legs in two places each, then got my calves rubbed out, then we did ice cup massages on my shins.
total miles for the day: 6.25 miles
I’m home!!! Alex and I went home for the day and of course we made tuna casserole!
My dad came home early from work and it was a great surprise! We all spent some time together and then went to Target to shop.
peanut butter crackers
two tank tops
and I think that’s all.
Ran an easy 4 miles at my house.
Pace Per Mile
Graham got groomed on Friday! Apparently Graham decided he needed to go to the salon to look good for me to come home! Doesn’t he look good?
We then went to Whole Foods and these are my goodies!
Then we were back on the road to head back to school.
I got some Horizon Organic Chocolate milk that I’ve been wanting to try forever!!!
It was definitely good and a big thumbs up! From both of us haha
Unpictured beefy 5 layer burrito from taco bell, doritos and fruitpunch. We went to taco bell before going to our school’s tailgate for the football game in case we weren’t able to get food. Good thing we did because they ran out of hotdogs 🙁
Went to the football game but my legs hurt so I couldn’t stand and therefore I couldn’t see, so it wasn’t fun. Left at halftime.
I then ate a cheeseburger later on after we got back because we were hungry again.
Spooky S’mores Clif Z Bar!! It was amazing!
Pace Per Mile
Obviously not very good.
Cheese from Whole Foods! Only 1.07!
These Annie’s Saltines are amazing!
I thought this was very cute “Gently tug ears to open” ADORABLE haha
My dad made me some more trail mix! So I had a few pieces to snack on.
Nothing good at the cafeteria. Bleh.
Hope your weekend was good! Mine was fabulous!
